Services

Hamana provides a platform to connect employers with job seekers. We do not employ job seekers or manage their employment directly. Employers are responsible for hiring and managing job seekers.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement between employers and job seekers. Hamana may charge a commission or service fee for the use of the platform, which will be disclosed during the booking process. All payments must be processed through the platform's payment system.

Cancellations and Refunds

Employers and job seekers may cancel engagements according to the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the platform's refund policy. Hamana reserves the right to cancel any engagement for reasons including, but not limited to, inappropriate behavior or breach of these terms.

User Conduct

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. Users must not post or transmit any material that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or harmful. Employers and job seekers must interact with respect and fairness.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between an employer and a job seeker, Hamana will offer mediation services to help resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, the dispute may be referred to a mutually agreed-upon arbitration process.

Liability

Hamana is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our platform or services provided by employers or job seekers. Users agree to indemnify and hold Hamana harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of the platform.

Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the platform, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
