A visionary entrepreneur, Phibir Chakma graduated from Ramanujan College, University of Delhi, in 2021. With a strong passion for innovation, Phibir founded Ureem Fashion and Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a startup aimed at addressing challenges in the online fashion industry. Through Ureem, Phibir developed a deep understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape, learning to navigate the hurdles of being a first-generation founder. This experience strengthened his business acumen and prepared him for his next venture.
In 2023, Phibir shifted his focus to the recruitment industry, co-founding Hamana Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd., with a mission to empower underserved communities by connecting them with urban job opportunities. His leadership has been instrumental in the creation of Sitiwork, a platform that addresses both household and corporate staffing needs, and Sitiworker, a platform designed to bridge skilled workers with potential employers. At Hamana, Phibir oversees technology and product development, ensuring the platforms deliver innovative solutions to clients and workers alike.
Sujit Kanti Chakma

With over a decade of corporate experience, Sujit Kanti Chakma brings a wealth of expertise in business development, operations, and strategic growth. A graduate of Dyal Singh College, University of Delhi, Sujit has spent 10 years honing his skills in the corporate world, mastering the art of scaling businesses and driving operational excellence.
In 2023, Sujit embarked on his entrepreneurial journey by co-founding Hamana Recruitment Services Pvt. Ltd., driven by a desire to create long-lasting social impact, focusing on empowering marginalized communities, particularly from Northeast India.
